About
Arum Lee Lansel is an aspiring singer-songwriter who rediscovered her love of music in mid-life. Through the local nonprofit organization, Central Florida Community Arts, she experienced first-hand the power of the performing arts to bring community together. She picked up the guitar and singing again after many years without it and is now obsessed with creating music and bringing the healing power of music to everyone! She loves to share the joy she feels as an artist and connect with the audience in an authentic way. Arum primarily performs covers of popular songs from the last few decades and hopes to perform her own songs one day!
She is also busy mom to two amazing kids and an HR and strategy consultant for nonprofits. She is the founder of ALL-in 4 Impact, a boutique consulting firm that works exclusively with small nonprofits to strengthen HR practices and develop a strategy where everyone can thrive. After growing up in Clearwater, FL, Arum lived in New York, DC, and California before moving back to her home state of FL in 2022.
